During Catalina & Lachlans “a beautiful beginning” shoot in Balmain a few days ago I was reminded of the art that love creates. I am blessed to act as a delayed mirror of peoples love. My place is to make a space for the love to flow freely then to step back and allow it to create art that I simply witness and create proof of.

Love is a choice. A choice to put another person first. A choice to be fascinated by every little detail. A choice to take notice of the small things. A choice to care. A choice to protect. A choice to let go. A choice to dream, together. Seeing people make the choice to love is something I’m blessed to see every day with my new friends that I meet. It’s my plan to show you what my new friends love looks like, as regularly as possible on this Journal. What does your love look like?

Yesterday, during Chris & Elisha’s Wedding I found myself witnessing the most beautiful time between a father and a bride. He offered wisdom, support and love. Here is their moment.

One of the most incredible days of my life - working alongside the team from StillMotion from Canada - While they were visiting from Canada they asked if I could help them shoot a wedding in Sydney - I was packing it - These guys are some of the best wedding cinema and still image makers in the world - they asked me - they believe the lie. I’m not really a photographer. I just pretend.
